The goal is to explore the concept of leadership and discover ways to be a leader in your everyday life through practical examples and scenarios.

Fixing your surroundings will eventually leads to fixing yourself. I am a messy person, I don’t keep anything at one place every time and then forgot them. No in the case of common things which you use everyday like; Wallet, watch, glasses, keys, earphones, and of course who can forget MASK!

These things always lay on my working desk because its easy to reach, grab and go. But this creates a problem, creates my working desk messy which eventually waste my time when I am working.

So here’s The before shot of my desk, you can see the common items make the desk messy.

You can see fixing things here mean decluttering. So this is what I did. I started decluttering. It was actually tougher than I thought it would be. Throwing broken things, changing the place for some things, keeping only the ones I use. But I did it, declutter what was necessary.

So this is the After shot.

So what I did is that I throw the unnecessary broken things, changed the place for ‘On the go’ Items, place the other things in drawer and keep the ONLY work related things on desk.

Now the question arrives why glasses, and toy are on table?!

So the answer to that question is; I don’t wear glasses very often they are for blocking blue rays since most of my time is spend watching screen so need to protect my sight. And the toy is not mine, my nephew left it so it is mine now. Anyways so the purpose I didn’t remove it because it’s My friend and his name is Brownie.

Would I even consider to do this with everything and everyday? Yes, probably because it helps to find the things which I lost or forgotten about and it looks clean too.
