Positive. What is that? Can you be positive? Yes, but can you learn positivity?

Going back to 2020, the most depressing year of our lives. In that year I have learned a lot about life but not positivity. Then in October, I saw a post about a Non-profitable organization that helps you set your goals and make you a POSITIVE THINKER. You heard me right, so immediately I read blogs of graduate fellows and they all wrote how they started thinking positively, which makes me curious and I ended up applying.

At first, I was confused about the “Positive thinking” thing since no one talked about it. But as soon as time passes I felt a light inside of me. But it didn’t happen all of a sudden, it took some time. But how classes on weekend sessions and assignments/tasks for a week can create such an impact?

There was a positive vibe going on in those sessions and positive deep thinking in tasks. But what kind of positive vibes and positive deep thinking you ask? Well, our teachers were very kind, always there to check us if we need any help or not, through fun activities they tried to made us think more positively. And the sessions let me think more, reflect more on myself to the point where I changed Negative Over-Thinking to Positive Deep Thinking.

So, the answer to the question “Can you learn positivity?” is; YES, you can learn positivity and be positive even if you are a Negative over-thinker.
